Can I use my health insurance for these services?

No. The services listed on this page are administrative and forensic services, not medical treatment. They are not covered by medical insurance and require payment at the time of service or before the service is rendered.

Insurance-covered services like psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy sessions are billed separately through your insurance.

What payment methods do you accept?

How long does it take to receive my letter or form?

Typical turnaround times:

  • Brief letters (jury duty, work notes): 2-3 business days
  • Standard letters (ESA, accommodation): 5-7 business days
  • Disability forms (EDD, SSDI): 7-10 business days
  • Immigration evaluations: 2-3 weeks
  • Medical-legal evaluations: 3-4 weeks

Rush services may be available for an additional fee. Please contact our office to discuss urgent requests.

Can I get reimbursed by my insurance or HSA/FSA?

While these services are not covered by medical insurance, you may be able to submit receipts for reimbursement:

  • HSA/FSA accounts: Some services may qualify for reimbursement. Check with your HSA/FSA administrator.
  • Health insurance: You can submit receipts, but reimbursement is not guaranteed.

  • Additional fees may apply for substantial revisions or appeals

We complete all documentation to professional standards, but approval decisions are made by external agencies.

Do I need to be a current patient to request these services?
