- Payment plans: Contact our office to discuss possible payment arrangements for larger fees
- Prioritize services: Consider which documentation is most urgently needed

Please call us at (415) 857-1151 to discuss your situation.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
+Our refund policy:
- Fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun
- If you cancel before any work is started, a full refund may be available
- If work is partially completed, a partial refund may be available based on work completed
- Each situation is evaluated individually
Please contact our office as soon as possible if you need to cancel a request.
Do your prices ever change?
+Yes, fees may be adjusted annually:
- Timing: Adjustments typically occur on January 1 of each year
- Amount: Generally within the range of 5-7%
- Reason: Based on changes in operating costs, inflation, and market rates
- Notice: Updated fee schedules are posted on our website
These adjustments are modest and consistent with customary medical practice standards.
What happens if my form is denied or rejected?
+Our fees cover the professional time and expertise to complete the documentation accurately based on your medical records and clinical presentation. However:
- We cannot guarantee approval by external agencies (SSA, EDD, immigration, etc.)
- Denials are typically based on eligibility criteria, not documentation quality
- If corrections or revisions are needed, contact our office to discuss
- Additional fees may apply for substantial revisions or appeals
We complete all documentation to professional standards, but approval decisions are made by external agencies.
Do I need to be a current patient to request these services?
+It depends on the service:
- Current patients: Can request any administrative service (letters, forms, evaluations)
- New patients: Some services require an established treatment relationship. Contact our office to discuss.
- Medical-legal services: Available to attorneys and legal professionals regardless of prior treatment relationship
