Pay by Zelle

Zelle is built into most U.S. bank and credit union apps. Pay by scanning the QR code below from inside your bank app's Zelle feature.

1 Open your bank or credit union's mobile app. Zelle now works only inside your bank's app — the separate Zelle app can no longer send money.

2 Go to "Send Money with Zelle" (often found under Payments, Transfers, or Send).

3 Choose to pay a new recipient, then tap the QR / scan icon and scan the code above. (Your phone's regular camera won't work — scan from inside the Zelle screen.)

4 Confirm the recipient shows as IRA Billing and Management, Inc before continuing.

5 Enter the exact amount shown on your statement.

6 In the memo/note field, enter the patient's full name and statement date, then review and send.

Prefer to type it in? In your bank app's Zelle feature, send to access.msmc@gmail.com — the same recipient (IRA Billing and Management, Inc) will appear.

Important: Always include the patient's full name and statement date in the payment memo so we can apply your payment correctly.

⚠️ Zelle payments are immediate and cannot be reversed — please double-check the amount and recipient before sending.

Don't see Zelle in your bank's app? Your bank may not offer it — please pay by check instead.
